Refund and Returns Policy
At Stripe Backless Pockets Dress, we want your Artkarine pieces—from rompers and jumpsuits to dresses and wedding-ready looks—to feel right when they arrive. This policy covers returns and refunds handled by Artkarine on artkarine.com.
Return window
You may request a return within 15 days of the delivery date. Start your request through Contact Us with your order number and the item name (for example, a strapless floral romper or denim jumpsuit from your order).
Condition requirements
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached where applicable.
- Return packaging should protect the garment (especially structured pieces, pleats, and delicate fabrics).
- Include any free gifts or promotional add-ons that shipped with the item when required for a full refund.
Non-returnable items
Final-sale / clearance merchandise marked as such, intimates or hosiery if offered, personalized items, and products that show wear, odor, makeup, or damage may not be accepted. Sale categories such as Dresses Sale, Tops sale, and Bottoms sale follow the eligibility notes shown on the product page at purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer after we submit the refund. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless we shipped an incorrect or defective item.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color in New dresses, New top, New bottoms, or Jumpsuits & Rompers, contact us first. Availability changes quickly; when an exchange is not possible, we can process a return/refund so you can reorder from Shop.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or does not match your order, email photos and your order number within the return window. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
